Alarm repair Northside Dublin?

    Just wondering can anyone recommend someone who would repair an alarm Northside Dublin / Glasnevin area? Repair is probably the wrong word as the alarm is working fine. We just got an extra room added on to the house and need alarm to be attached to the new outer door.

    The guys who normally service alarm must have gone out of business (not answering their phone anyway - Marino Alarms Ltc - pity they were great!). Would this be expensive? or has anyone had a similar job done?

    Ensure you use a PSA licenced installer & not some random guy posting his mobile number on an Internet forum.:)

    The work sounds very straightforward . Also beware of some guys coming out with the line that parts are not available & you need a new system etc.
    What make of system have you by the way.

    If the cable is in place then it should not be a big job to add a detector to your door.
    I would advise shopping around to price it tho.
