Unidata INCOM ICW-1000G disconnecting

    I currently have the Unidata INCOM ICW-1000G ip phones set up in my office and they are connected to the VoIP service Freespeech. For some reason the phones in the middle of a phone call disconnect after about 10 minutes. I can redial straight away and it will work for another 10 minutes and I get the same thing again.

    Can anyone help shed any light on this as I cannot seem to get any help from Freespeech. They have no contact number on their website and I have emailed many times.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
