Hi everyone, is there any of you familiar with tv4free and if so do you know where they are located ? We bought the Amiko box from them some time back and a few weeks before Christmas it stopped working , they came out to fix it and we paid 75 euro, it worked for 2 days and just packed in again , the tv screen just says no signal. I have been calling them constantly since then and am just getting fobbed off , I emailed today and texted them but now I am just getting ignored . I have a landline number and a mobile number but no address , their website says Rathcoole but after a lot of searching it seems they are in Lucan, does anyone have any information as to where they are based , thanks .

No signal on that box would usually mean an issue with your satellite signal.
What model box is it and how much did you pay ?

Hi, the box is an Amiko , it was a few hundred about a year ago , the guy that came said it was the cable from the dish and changed it , so that was 75 euro . I have sky box in my sitting room and that's perfect , the Amiko box is in the bedroom . They're both from the same dish .

There are many models in the Amiko range.
Look at the front of the box there will be a model number.

Try moving the Amiko box to the sitting room and see if it works.

If not go into menu - Internet - net client config.
Servers will be on top of page. What colour are they ?

Take a screenshot of the net client config and the local network settings and ill tell you what the problem is.

The first day he fixed it , it worked fine and the next day it kept freezing and the following day it was gone completely
