    Hi boI and co

Strange question; I built a house in 2011 and was cleared for over 250k yet only sought 150k .. I drew down 130k as I did not need the remaining 20k as I threw savings wages etc at house my question is this on my variable mortgage

Boi have a full mortgage over my house at 130k despite the insurance company, auctioneer valuing the house as beyond 230k ... Given that the difference in Ltv is quite different is there any flexibility on interest or repayments

    Thanks
    Joe
