Aer Lingus Fares Summer 2015

I have been monitoring the fares from Dublin to Malaga with Aer Lingus for the past three weeks now and unfortunately they haven't gone down since. It started off at 240€ ahead, fluctuated a bit and now its up to 440€ ahead. For us as a family of five, this is very unusual because last year and the year before, we'd have had our flights booked for Malaga at this stage. We are traveling 27th June to 11th July (Not Flexible). Has anyone else booked later than this and the fares have been lower?

You just missed the sale so wait a few weeks for another sale but departing on the 27 June will be one of the busiest travel weeks of year. You should get closer to 240 again.

I know you said your not flexible but travelling out on the 28 will save a lot. Combined with the busiest week, Saturday will likely be the most expensive day of the week.

You could try deleting your computer cookies and checking flights again.

If your flexible you can get flgihts for 210 per head (adults) with Iberia Express which has quick connections in Madrid.

Wait till the next applicable sale, I usually book similar flights to yourself and find the sale around St Patricks Day/Week usually fairly good.
