question about pay

Hey guys just a quick question, thankfully got teaching work this Jan , its only non casual subbing but I seem to be called in every week so its positive . My question is regarding pay, "Im a qualified secondary teacher subbing for a few schools, its on call so if someone is out , I come in. Just wondering what should I be paid per hour?

It depends when you qualified

you'll be on casual subbing rate which is
€46.85per hour for pre2011

and less for post 2011/2012. The links are all on the first link above

If you go over 150 hours or get a set contract e.g. maternity leave you get paid based on your scale

I qualified last year, am I not non casual if I'm called in randomly?
What would my pay be so, it doesn't specify for non casual who qualified in 2014

€40.17 per hour for casual qualified.

You're casual because there's no formal contract.
