RSVP Wording

For people putting an email / text option for RSVP – how are you wording this?

We’re also giving guests the option to post the response card back as we have a lot of older quite traditional people invited so we were looking for a way to incorporate the alternative email / text options on the same card.

I’ve tried to find samples online but haven’t found anything suitable. Thanks

How about just adding something along the lines of 'Electronic RSVP acceptable' etc ... ?

I would just put all the RSVP info on the response card, so put the email & text numbers on that, then on the invite just have the date to respond by.

    It'll keep the invite uncluttered.

Then something like this on the response card:

Alternatively, if you have a preferred method (e.g. email) then I'd put only that on the invite and include response cards only for those who you know will have difficulty emailing. The presence of the response card + self addressed will be obvious enough.

Thanks so much Phoenix - thats exactly what I was looking for. Like you, we didn't want to put too much text on the actual invite card about the RSVP as we felt it looked too crowded.
