Trade Union grievance question

    Hi there,

I have a strange question! Just wondering if anyone has successfully taken a case AGAINST a trade union for less fair treatment than other members working for the same employer? The law deals with the employer-employee relationship, but if an employee's representative hasn't acted fairly, what recourse does the employee have?
