DEP Exception SIGN.IE= before exe file

Hi I am trying to add an exe file to the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) exception list on a client server. When I add it I get SIGN.IE=09F9800 before the file name and the exception still doesn't work for other users. Hi

I have done this on another server for the same exe file I don't get this SIGN.IE=09F9800 before the file and it works perfectly.

Anyone ideas how to rectify this?
