    Not familiar with Brooklodge.. looking around for properties. What this area like to live in?
    It will myself, partner and two young children.

    Are you looking at a particular estate or outside of an estate?
    It's handy out for schools, both Crestfield and Hazelwood centres are just up the road so you don't have to go far for any necessities.
    There's several bus stops down there and I think you can catch one every thirty minutes.

    its in the estate. I noticed house are quite cheap in that particular estate and I am curious as to why. Thanks :)
