hi i was wondering is it hard to make a gaming pc and does gaming online use up alot of your internet compaired to a xbox one or ps4.

there a fue days ago my ps4 had a bit of a fall off the table and now is not working and instead of buying another one I was going to venture to pic gaming and give that a go my mate has a gaming pic that he made from buying components online and it looks pretty cool and is much faster and the picture quality is way better than the ps4 and X box one but the only problem is it cost him a grand and a half.

so I was wondering would it be difficult to make a gameing pc for a person that never made one before because it looks pretty straightforward on youtube.

and would I be able to make a decent gaming pc with 850 to 900 euro. The type of games I would be playing would be like battlefield and day z.

what type of Internet do you need to game online with a pc like would u need fast Internet or in and around the same Internet speed to play online on a ps4.

    Thanks, theinkypen

Your problem is that you apparently don't even have a PC, even and old one so you aren't working from a base like most people. You will need the peripherals like mouse, keyboard, speakers and most importantly a monitor.

You can absolutely buy a brilliant gaming PC for 900 euro but a good monitor is expensive and that is going to drive the price up so keep that in mind. You might have to commit to spending 600 on the PC itself and leave the other 300 for the monitor and peripherals.

If your internet is good enough for gaming online with a ps4, a PC will be no different. So don't worry about that.

Disc drive are cheap but not essential. Steam now most things are downloaded digitally. I Put one in the build in case you needed..

Fans come in the case also a fan comes with the cpu.

If you can try get an ssd. 120 gig, Bout 65. You put winows on that, and your pc will start up faster and run smoother overall. You don't need need it but is really nice to have.

You need a copy of windows too. You can get it off reddit 20 euro. If you buy a new copy it will cost about 90.

Ask away man, ssd is a solid state drive ( a faster hard drive)

So the ssd be for your windows and a few important programs. You don't need it can use the hdd below instead.

The other hdd I have in build is bigger storage 1tb this holds all to your games, music and films.

Yep, that's the idea bro, you can have 5,6, or even 7 storage drives if you so wished.

You won't ever look back if you make the change!
