hi i was wondering is it hard to make a gaming pc and does gaming online use up alot of your internet compaired to a xbox one or ps4.

there a fue days ago my ps4 had a bit of a fall off the table and now is not working and instead of buying another one I was going to venture to pic gaming and give that a go my mate has a gaming pic that he made from buying components online and it looks pretty cool and is much faster and the picture quality is way better than the ps4 and X box one but the only problem is it cost him a grand and a half.

so I was wondering would it be difficult to make a gameing pc for a person that never made one before because it looks pretty straightforward on youtube.

and would I be able to make a decent gaming pc with 850 to 900 euro. The type of games I would be playing would be like battlefield and day z.

what type of Internet do you need to game online with a pc like would u need fast Internet or in and around the same Internet speed to play online on a ps4.

    Thanks, theinkypen

There's the PC building forum. Just make a post in there, include your budget and the types of games you'd like it to run and others will help you out with picking the components. The posters there are very helpful.

It's not hard everything sort of plugs into each other these days. But if you don't want to take the risk you can buy the parts and get it built for about 20-40 euro extra.

Doesn't use anymore internet really, it will only be a factor if you start buying digital games over disk games which is likely on PC but not essential.

Built my own pc nearly two years ago now for €800 having no clue what most the stuff was in a pc before I built it. Plenty of videos on youtube of how to easily build it, I used one from JackFrags and it's still going strong.

Ask on the pc building part of the forum what you should buy for what you're willing to spend and they'll find you the best prices. In the long run, a gaming pc pays for itself because instead of paying €60 for a game on consoles, you can get a better version of the game for €30 on pc if you know where to look.

    Good luck with it.
