Cycling in Marbella

I was just wondering if anyone here could help me? I'm going to Marbella for a week in April with the 'outlaws' and was hoping to rent a bike and do some spins. Does anyone have any experience of cycling around that area? Any tips? Any advice would be helpful.

Up into the mountains is about your only option. Rhonda, Mijas etc. The road that runs along the coast is mental although you do see cyclists on it.

Do a search on this forum.....that has been discussed a few times here over the years. I and at least one other have put up routes.
