    Anyone give a practical guide on what they think you'd need in experience/skills to go for the ICT jobs?

    Would you need different experience/skills if you were coming from Public/Civil Service vs Private?

    An AP ICT role would be project management of CS Staff and/or contractor staff.

    The only different is that a public sector manager can't give bonuses so if your coming from the private sector have a think about that. Apart from that the work is pretty similar.
