Online registration does not work

    i just tried to register for the ebilling, but i'm being shown this message:

    "Registration is not possible because this Account Number has already been registered by another customer."

    how is this possible? please pm me so i can send you the details.

    Thanks for your post.

    Sorry to ask this, but you definitely haven't registered an online billing account already? Have you tried the forgotten password link just to double-check this?

    If you send us your details by private message (including your full name, address, contact number and confirmation that you are the account holder) we can look into this for you.
