Grey market finance

    Does anybody have experience in obtaining grey market finance, what interest rate is being charged? I am trying to raise €1m. Thanks

    eh, if you are looking to raise €1m and you think asking on a forum like this is the best way forward, I think you may need to totally rethink your plan.

    can you define what you mean by " grey market finance"? I understand it to mean typically pre-IPO share trading but not the issue of new securities/shares.

    I agree that it refers to unlisted shares but I think OP refers to "third tier" lenders - so the rate could be from 10% up to the legal moneylending limit, whatever that might be! There are a few factoring operators that are just one up from payday loan providers.

    I doubt it is turd tier lending but rather a "picked up" buzz word being used inadvertently!!!!b
