    Hi,

I have a 3 year fixed term 30 year mortgage with BOI, of 179k.

    I have one year done

I wish to pay off a lumpsum of 10k .

can I do it now, or would I be best do it after the 3 years are up?

Is there much of a penalty if I pay it off now.

    Nod
