Changing Google locations

    I have moved to the UK and am trying to set up my Galaxy S4.
    I have a UK sim put into my phone but Google play still thinks I am in Ireland and will not let me access any UK apps in the Play store.
    How do I change my location from Ireland to the UK?

    Log into google wallet and change your address there.

    Ive tried to do that but it requires a new credit card details.
    Can I do it without one?

    Can you add a new payment method other than credit card e.g. paying using your phone credit.

    Also try clear data and cache on the play store and uninstalling the store updates so it'll revert to what came with the phone and then reboot.

    Also change your address details on your Google wallet.

    Ive tried to do that but it wont let me have any other payment type other than debit or credit card.
    I'll have to wait for them to be delivered in that case.
