10 yrs ago, cousin died, left no will, but large estate. distant relative took charge of estate. several incidents of machinery/money etc gone missing. executor bought half land themselves for knockdown price, always just inside the line of the law. 3 yrs ago, accounts were requested and promised, several requests since, nothing happens.
the law is on the executors side and it seems they don't have to answer to anyone really.
can they be forced to provide accounts does anyone know? the solr says a court order the only way, surely when all is finalised, they have to give accounts to the revenue??
