Hello, What is the earliest time to grow grass seed? I have just levelled my garden so there is a ,lot of bare topsoil there now. Thanks

The weather must be good where you are. Can't do a tap in the garden there is so much rain. September is the best time to sow grass seed but spring is fine too . The soil temperature needs to be more than 10 degrees for seed to germinate so wait until it warms up. it also needs moisture so not during a prolonged dry spell but that shouldn't be a problem.
