    https://propertypartner.co/

Saw this advertised earlier and have had a quick look over it.

In brief, you seem to be able to invest a minimum amount of £50 into a piece of property and then receive a share of the rental income, plus if the property goes up in value you are able to sell your share for capital gain. Obviously, the property might also go down in value.

Fees seem to be 2% initial investment fee + 12.5%(+VAT) of rental income per annum to cover management fees.

I'll get a proper look when I'm home but it doesn't seem too bad for a small scale investment.

Had a quick look, the exit terms are interesting to say the least! If you want to sell your shares it has to be to a current investor and at a price of your own determination.....but if no-one wants it then you are stuck! Great in a growing market but pitfalls ahead!
