Okay, another slightly odd query - does anyone know anywhere in Dublin where you can get:
    • Activa RM (or other transglutaminase powders)
    • Diastatic malt powder

I can get them in the UK allright, but when it's ten quid shipping for two quid's worth of malt powder, it sets my teeth on edge...

(Oh, and you can blame chefsteps for all this btw).

Is diastatic malt powder not brewers sugar?

Home brew west or that other crew should do that.

I think it's more a type of flour so you'd not get them in a home brew shop.

Don't think so; diastatic malt has active enzymes. Malt extract, brewers sugar and so on, don't.
