What general area is your gym?

Someone will be able to recommend a trainer. To be honest, this is your best option.

    Squat

    Deadlift

    Bench Press

    Alternatively , get some coaching.

Start off with a reasonably light weight until you have the form nailed down. this will take some time.

Best thing to though is to video yourself , that way you can see where you're going wrong , look for advice , or focus on cues to fix the problem.

Follow video guides like the ones posted above and, I'm completely serious here, bring a camera with you and record yourself from the front and side and check your form with that at home. Repeat a few times until you're happy. Don't try any PRs or significantly heavy lifts until you've basically perfected your form, this is absolutely vital to avoid fuking yourself up.

You mightn't want to post the videos here but there are plenty of dedicated bodybuilding and sports forums where you can post them and get critique from people you can trust.
