Ha! I got you to look at my log! I've been given some sage advise to start a log here to document my training. I'm a new(ish) runner and not terribly fast. I'm going to be 30 in the next few months and want to run a marathon before then.

As I've alluded to I am very active on the #RSP page but would like to draw a line under that as it seems controversial here. I'm looking forward to constructive encouragement and pushing me towards my goals! Thanks for reading!

    Hi,

Well done on starting the log.

Could you add a bit of info, such as how long you've been running, how often you run, races completed and goals for the future?

This will help people give out some advice.

I'd advise you to read over some of the logs here ,there is some great info in a lot of them.

    Best of luck with it,

Welcome to the logs. Like adrian said, it'd be great to hear what kind of training you're currently doing and your current mileage. Also, what marathon are you targeting and when is it?
There are lots of experienced marathoners around these parts who will be able to advise etc.
    Good luck with the log.
