north dublin has gone from having 4 merc dealers ( too many) to having two dealers located at different ends of the same road
this leaves the huge and prosperous area of north east dublin with no merc dealer anywhere local
with mercs range growing all the time and sales growing this seems a missed opportunity for the brand
the former bill cullen airside premises( owned by joe duffys) or the likes of tom walsh motors would seem like ideal locations.with audi dealers spending millions on premises there is obviously money to be made at this end of the market

Annesley is only down the road in Cloghran.

Id have thought 3 dealers on the northside is plenty.

TBH 2 on each side of the city is more than enough for any brand. Travelling half way across half of Dublin city when your spending anything between 10 and 100 grand of your money shouldn't be an issue.

Not surprised, went to DM once to look at some secondhand Mercs. Nobody on reception, was walking out the door when one of the lads on the service desk enquired if he could help me so he got one of the sales guys out to deal with me. They had about four Mercs of the type I was interested in but they were scattered all over the place, your man wasn't really sure where they were, it was like searching for your car in the Liffey Valley car park!
