Kudos for Rose Bikes

    Bought a Rose Bike April 2013 and one of the bars under the saddle sheared recently. It was only after looking around and seeing the replacement cost, the thought occurred to get back to them to see what the warranty situation was.

    Emailed them a photo of it and within a few days had a new replacement saddle.

    Have to say was impressed, have had comparatively new things go on me before and it would break your heart trying to deal with the vendor.

    I'd the same positive experience with Rose recently. A Chain Catcher I bought from them sheared and they replaced it quibble - free.

    Chapeau to rose! Better than Madison uk treated me with a returned cracked ridley orion frame. Never ever again..... I will keep rose in mind next time for sure.

    I think the best thing about ordering a bike in Rose is the fact that you can fully customise it (order the bike with the handlebars, saddle, stem, cassette, chain, etc. the way you like, not just how it comes off the shelf). You can't do that with any other supplier.

    Also with pointing out that they will exchange for free,saddle and stem for different size/model within 4 weeks of delivery. Reassuring when buying online (in fact they let me change my stem to longer one after 6 weeks without any quibble)

    Bust the hanger on my Rose CX lately. Got on to them on a Monday morning, despatched a few hours later, received a few days later

    Great customer service
