Were using them here on stock being AId.
A lot depends on good conception rates but a good mineral is a lot And good condition.
6 wks into AI and only 3 repeats.
    Brilliant minerals I think

Ring up the local rep in the area he will tell you. They should know in coop.
Would you not use bagged minerals?
We only use them as a top up because mins are in meal already.
Everything Herr apart from what's being AI d is on powdered minerals

As GG says bagged minerals. Acorn are a good mix. You should be able to buy bagged minerals for less than 15/25kg bag. Recommend feeding levels are 20grams/100kgs you get away with a bit less. At 80 grams/head/day it is about 5c/day. That would be for 450+kgs stores

    Thanks for the input.
i could give the bag a go alright, I've heard that some people have no faith in them and opted to bolus the cattle then.
Depends on the brand and composition like anything I suppose.
Ideally a head scoop and bolus is the business I'd imagine.

    Nothing wrong with powdered minerals.
Get a good quality one. .dry cows here on them.
I will be using grasslands mineral blocks though for this yrs breeding season instead of minerals in water
