Not to step on any mods toes but is this not what the resort report thread is for?

I think this format would be easier to read than go through everyones skiing experiences

The other thread is pages long , if we can get a page worth of the main resorts or countries it gives people a quick overview of the likely food and drink costs to aid in pricing up a ski holiday.
Maybe it could include lift pass prices and ski hire?
I'm cool with the other thread being tidied up and updated too , only messing around on the laptop on a day off

Some of the info on that thread is also completely out of date now too, it could be very misleading, esp re: prices, transfers & lift passes.

If anyone has info on Soll prices stick it up. I'm not much of a drinker & get workers prices anyway- I'll have to check out booze prices for norms lol ;-)

    Simple enough formula

Average Austrian resort will be €3-5 for a beer and 7-12 for a spag Bol and drink at lunch

France €4-10 for a beer and 10-18 for spag Bol and drink

    Swiss land as per France

Italy €2-4 for a beer and 6-10 for spag Bol and drink

There will be some that are slightly lower or higher in each but it's a rough guide to prices in the big alpine nations
