2004 BL86 flyby of Earth

    Asteroid 2004 BL86 passes 3.1 lunar distances from earth today at around 16:20.

    Just wondering are we in the right position to view it at any stage?


    Also, passing this close, does our sphere of influence affect it's trajectory?
