Busiest time of the week in terms of email - Monday morning & I again don't have access, just isn't good enough, didn't know about it until I raised the issue.. Blacknight need to up their game on shared email hosting!

Reported the fault at ten past ten fixed by 25 past, very short outage this time, good going!!

I'm waiting on more details from our technical team as to what happened earlier this morning. I believe it was a network issue of some kind.
