    Hi,

I have a new Amiko ALien 2 running ENigma 2 (openatv) which was working all great. I have been playing around with installing plugins just to see whats possible with the box. However I seem to have broken something as now the box won't boot. It boots into a green error screen, and then after 10 seconds reboots.

I can't post images here, but the last bit on the error screen reads as follows:

    [CAMSTARTER] Start/Check: 1
    Traceback:
File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/infopanel/CamStart.py", line 99, in timerEvent
    IOError: [Errno 21] is a directory: 'etc/emud'

Any advice on how to correct this would be greatly appreciated :-)!

Reflash is probably the best thing to do to be honest.

Thanks Fresh Pots for the quick reply.

Any pointers to how to go about doing that and where I can get an image? I am new to these boxes, but am technical so how a reasonable knowledge of linux systems and telnet/ftp etc.

I bought this box recently already set up with Enigma 2 loaded up and the Saorview channels setup for the three rock transmitter and all the UK FTA channels loaded, so I haven't really had a lot to do.

    Thanks again

Why don't you boot it to spark? Switch off, turn back on holding the ok button on the front, when ENIG comes up let go of ok and press ch + or - for Spark. Once that loads you can reload an Enigma image.
