    I am actually disappointed with adidas.ie customer service. Recently ordered two track suit bottoms and when package arrived there was only one inside the box. After contacting their customer service I was told that best they could do is give me refund for one track suit bottom. No refund for postage and neither they tried to send me other one.:mad:

    I had the same situation. Ordered two t shirts. One came. After contacting customer service I got a voucher for 20% off my next order. Emailed back saying I didn't want to buy it again. Waiting for a response for a few days now.
