    Hi Folks

Have a work colleague here not from Dublin but looking to buy a 3bed semi in Clonee Dublin 15 for around 300k

They're hearing mixed reviews about the area, i'm from Dublin myself but nowhere near that neck of the woods so i'm not one to comment so decided to ask a few people on here to try set this person in the right direction

Is it a good or bad area? Pros and cons would be great etc

    Cheers people

AH answer; full of prostitutes and convicts.

Try Dublin forum. Or Accommodation and Property for someone to advise whether it's a good investment.
