Veil maker?

Hi, does anyone know anyone who would make me a veil? I don't need them to design it from scratch, just to make it as per a photo and my description of it. It's a single layer of tulle to the elbow. I got mine on eBay. It was a few years ago now but I'm pretty sure it was called veils by Leslie or something similar if you search on eBay. Think it cost around 20/30 eur. Mine was fingertip length and one layer (with some crystal omit but they were optional). Cant understand the prices bridal shops charge for veils!

Have you tried maybe asking in the local craft shop. I know in Cork we have vibes and scribes and they do all bits and bits and have a good list of people who do different jobs..
