I just wanted to see what other peoples experiences are of the Irish Family Law Courts. I'll be heading in there in the nest few weeks and don't know what to expect really!

My solicitor told me that the judge often just takes the side of whoever he likes best. Has anyone found this to be true?

Did you feel that you were listened to?

in my experiences the judges don't want to know or care
my ex even agreed with me !!!

we both came out thinking our judge was a fool.
