Best toothbrush for sensitive teeth/gums?

The dentist advised me to change from a manual toothbrush to an electric one as the gum near one of the back teeth had started receding slightly and it was due to how I was brushing. I want to deal with it early before it gets bad so have read a few different reviews and it seems Philips Sonicare brushes are some of the best but there are so many different models it's hard to choose.

There are some decent sales on them at the moment in argos but seems like stock is hard to come by so I ended up finding them on Amazon for cheaper again. Seems like it's between these two, DiamondClean and FlexCarePlatinum however if you guys are able to suggest even better toothbrushes then please do.

Also, what would be the best toothpaste and mouthwash to use? And should I continue flossing like normal or also buy an air or water flosser as apparently normal flossing can cause receding gums?
