    CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 in-a-Box
MoBo: ASUS H97-PLUS, Sockel 1150, ATX
GPU: ASUS R9290-DC2OC-4GD5 DirectCU II OC
Ram: 8GB-Kit Crucial Ballistix Sport Series DDR3-1600, CL9
    PSU: Thermaltake Berlin 630W
Case: Zalman Z9 Plus Midi Tower - black, ohne Netzteil
    SSD: Crucial MX100 SSD 256GB (2,5", 7mm)
    DVD: Samsung SH-224DB schwarz

Hi, I'm putting together a build. Planning on ordering tomorrow. Was wondering if someone could check over the components I've selected. I'm kinda iffy on my psu and motherboard choices. I've pretty much settled on everything else. Would appreciate any advice. Is the Thermaltake ok, or is there a better choice? I'm unsure as to just how much power the 290 needs. Thanks for your help.

Looks fine to me! You could drop the PSU to a 500watt and then get a gtx 970 instead and it'd cost you less on your electricity bills but I'm only nitpicking at that point, it'd perform very similarly.

Cheers for the input. Ordered as above. I chose the r9 290 as it was €100 cheaper than the gtx 970. It's quite the bargain at the moment. I'm just worried about how well the cheap psu I selected will hold up. We'll see.

that psu is a solid one. and dont worry about the size (wattage) of it. 630 is good for future use as the psu only uses the current it needs and not all the 630 watts
