BMW E46 318CI question?

    Hi all,

    I know there is a good few owners of E46 on here so couple of questions.

    I have a 05 M-Sport 318CI (only got it yesterday) and the wing mirror got broken off today (Brother + Test drive = No mirror :mad:) SO is there a difference between the E46 models for wing mirrors? Its an electric heated mirror and i need the full wing mirror as it was sheared off at the base.

    Also, the wiper blades were worn so i got a set from Halfords and they were too big for the drivers side (20inch blade!). Im going to get a 19" or 18" tomorrow but I'm a bit surprised it doesn't fit. What ones do ye recommend?

    Regular coupe/convertible mirrors are different to saloon/estate and M3 ones. Some have auto folding function too.

    I'd go OEM wiper blades, yes they cost more from a BMW dealer, are still made by Bosch but they fit properly and don't squeak.

    I got wiper blades on micksgarage before and they fit perfectly
    about 30 bucks for the set
