I ordered roshe runs on december 12th from rosheieart.com (formely shanai-art.eu) and have not yet received them. ive tried emailing them multiple times but each time it fails. it will also not let me log into my account. i have no way of contacting them and am extremely frustrated as i now believe i got scammed but they have a 72% trust rate on scamadviser.com. what do you guys think?

How did you pay? if Paypal open a claim, if by credit card you can contact your bank to do a charge back. Strange website is down for me right now with UPC, but according to isitdownrightnow.com is up

I changed DNS on the UPC modem and able to see it now.

TO be honest website doesn't look very legit, no real contact details only an email address, from post logo looks like will come china/hk

Very very likely a scam. A quick search for 'rosheieart' leads to this page http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/rosheieart.com which has it as High Risk.

Where you have seen a 72% trust rate is due to them flooding scamadvisor with untrue up votes while the domain is new. I'm seeing a 24% rate which is bad.

In future never order from a site without proper contact details (a single email address is always a red flag) and proper shipping and returns information. Also always beware of sites offering tempting discounts especially from big brands like Nike as is the case here. Also you should consider doing a whois search on sites you want to buy from. rosheiart.com is allegedly hosted in Turkey but more likely China which is another big red flag.

I'd recommend contacting your credit/debit card provider to change your card and see if they can do a chargeback.

There is also the risk that goods especially trainers from China will be counterfeit and will be detained and destroyed by Customs
