Thinking of applying for a cabin crew job with Ryanair.

I have always thought being cabin crew would be an interesting job and ryanair seem like a pretty easy door in. However, I have heard a lot of negative comments about them as an employer, most of these comments are years old and I do know a couple people that currently work for them who say it's actually fine. I would love to hear from someone currently working for them, or who has worked for them in the past to hear your opinions, and to know if it really should be avoided as much as people say. I have heard they've changed and it would be an exciting job in my opinion. Any info you have would be greatly appreciated...
