    Hey everyone,

So thinking of buying an evo 7 or 8. But I don't know what the common problems are or running costs, it will be an everyday driver(300miles a week) so jut wondering what are the common problems and what do I need to look out for when buying! Thanks :)

Do you own shares in shell oil??

That is going to be an expensive week. I used to have an evo 8 and the running costs were the reason for selling. Amazing car to drive though.

What age are you? if under 30 I'd say your insurance will be rough.

Yes I do :D I've had a Impreza before and I don't think they are as bad as them on juice I could be wrong tho!

I'm 29, with full no claims! 9 years but they only care about 5/6

Is it gravel roads to work?
It should cost less to run than a landcruiser anyway

Why would it be gravel roads?

Well not gravel but rough road, know one guy had two options before. Drive over the mts. To work or add 30/40km going around them

It was such good craic going over them he got an sti wrx, nothing else other than a good jeep would survive tbh. He had a landcruiser for a bit but you were loosing alot of time on the descent and a bit more in diesel
