    Hi all.
Just moved into a house. Its a corner site so small front garden bout 100 sq yds small back area bout 100 sq yards and large side drive bout 300 sq yds. Plan on patio back gravel drive new gate path at front and reseed small lawn.

Was just wondering if anyone has a rough idea of what this should cost?

It depends on a number of factors, mainly though the type of materials you choose to use will have the greatest impact on the budget.
If I were you I would get a number of qoutes from reputable landscapers in your area.

Patios are expensive as are the decorative stones for covering the drive.
The measurements you give aren't what I'd call a small area (500 sq. yards) so shop around and see if it would be feasible to get 2 or 3 different people to do each part separately, rather than getting the one landscaper to do it all (unless you want me to do it?...I'll screw you but it'll be pleasant for us both) The patio could be laid in a day; the drive done a few weeks later by a company who specialise in it and the lawn won't be touched for another few months...no point sowing seed until it'll establish.
A good landscaper will be totally above-board (paying tax and VAT and a decent wage to employees) so the job won't be cheap.
