Games Table - Pool, Table Tennis or Combo

Looking to get some sort of games table for the house. Would consider either a pool table or a Table Tennis table, I've also seen combo's of Air Hockey, Pool and Table Tennis which would be ideal but too expensive brand new. I'm not interested in a kids type one, I have a reasonable amount of room so 7 or 8 foot tables x 4…

Does anyone know of anywhere I could find some good deals on refurbs or any other suggestions? Adverts and donedeal etc had a surprisingly low amount of reasonable options.
