I am sure a few on here have both done the job and seen it done. I am looking for ideas/improvements. I guess if anyone can bounce ideas from their experience in the role it would be great.

    Information should come to you!

If you have weekly notes/newsletter to do, set up a text list and send it out to all team managers and to all officers in the club.
If they don't reply, theie news is not included. If they want a match report, you need it emailed in.

Ensure the club secretary is forwarding on any emails to do with upcoming fixtures, courses etc

Get list of emails of parents from the registration forms or club database.
Assign a day/time on sunday night or early monday to put notes together.
Email to local papers/county board website/parents/club officers
    Put copy on club website
If using club facebook page, less is definitely more. Don't bombard people with information.
