International Student E-mail set up

Hey guys, I need a little help. I have some international friends that are trying to set up their e-mail and we can't seem to do it at home. Do they need to set up in the library on those computers when they log in or is there a way to do this at home? Thanks!

Library is your best bet. At least there if they don't know how, they'll point you to someone who does.
