Broken Nexus 5 screen

    Hi all,
I dropped my Nexus 5 earlier

The phone works perfectly but obviously I wanna get the glass fixed. I've read up that the glass and digitiser all come together so I've been looking at weighing up whether to buy the kit and fix it myself or send it in for repair.

It is 130 Euro if I want it done in the next few days (part from UK)
100 euro if I can wait 1-2 weeks
or I can buy the part myself and fix it 55-65 euro, week wait.

I havent done this before so I'm a little apprehensive, although I have soldered etc. before and fixed computer,s, but this is new to me.

    Have I any other options?

    Cheers for any help/advice!

I replaced my Nexus 5 screen shortly before christmas.
You will really really need a heat gun.
I've replaced screens on iphones , laptops and I have to say the Nexus is up there with a macbook pro for the biggest pain in the ass to repair.
