    Hi Everybody,

I`ve been working for the same company for 3.5 years. I have a contract which has no expiry date, and dosen`t say anything about redundancy payments.
Just wondering how could i find out if am i entitled for redundancy pay or not, or the 3.5 years makes me eligible anyway in case they ask me to leave?
I`ve been offered a new position whitin the company, but in a different location, under different company name and new contract.
If i accept the new position is that going to erase my 3.5 years ( because they will change in the comapny reg. number and everything for me), and will show like i started a new job, for a new comapny and they can fire me without any redundacy pay?

what is the best way to prevent losing my eligibility?

    Thanks for your help.
