NASCAR paintscheme competition support

    Hi guys,

apologies for this post. Long time boardsie, never posted here before. This post is not something I normally do, nor is it how I'd want my first post in a forum to go, but here goes:

My other half has entered a competition being run by the Joey Gase NASCAR team to determine a paintscheme which will be used to prompte a charity (Donate Life). The winning entry - besides getting their paintscheme on the car - gets two pit passes for an upcoming race. Not being in the US, she has said she will donate the tickets to two children on a transplant list. Seeing her paintscheme on a car is enough for her.

So, I'm asking if you would take the time to visit the following facebook link and leave a comment on the thread itself giving your vote number and a like on the picture. (I think it's comments that count, not picture likes but better safe than sorry by doing both)

Her entry is #3, and any support would be appreciated. The paintscheme is the following:

I believe the competition closes today at 3pm (10am Eastern US time).

With apologies again for the spam-iness of this thread.

yep. Some nice graphics going on there. Some real competition, none the less, can't help but support a boardsie connection!

Update: the other half came second in what was apparently an extremely closely run competition between her entry and what was to become the winning entry. Such was the close run race that the organisers - whislt acknowledging 1st & 2nd places respectively - have offered both parties the prize of pit-passes (which my g/f has asked publically to be donated to children on an organ donars list of the organisers choosing) and left the decision on which scheme is to be used to the charity event folks themselves.

Here's the official announcement and list of top five out of the final fifteen entries: facebook link

Thanks to all who voted. Much appreciated.
