    Hi All,

With the Six Nations pending I'd like to invest in nice retro/classic Ireland jersey. Any recommendations and where might they be purchased?

    Thanks!

Mods - please don't move this to fashion forum or equivalent. This is a question that can only be answered by proper rugby people!

If you need to wear sunglasses because the bright green hurts your eyes, it's probably a retro jersey.

I found this one. Not as bright green as the one posted earlier. Although it's hard to get an accurate gauge on colour over the net.

Yeah, it really is a pity about the big logo. Would be ideal otherwise.

This is my preferred one, last one before sponsors took hold.

+1 for this, only competitor would be the first Irish Permanent sponsored one, the later CCC jerseys had a weird fit.

I got a retro style one last year and on closer inspection it didn't actually say rugby anywhere on it. Still prefer it over newer looking ones though.

Well is it possible to still buy this particular jersey or the current one without the giant 3 logo?

I think that Lidl do ones without big logos ... About two years ago I also had one of the tshirt shops in Dublin make a few for me to give to friends.

My most recent purchase, though not the one pictured. Mine is in better nick.

Really looking for the vintage O'Neills and Nike jerseys.

I love the look of this Adidas jersey, apparently from the '80s. I really don't recall Ireland playing in an Adidas jersey though?!
