€650 PC build

1. What is your budget? [€650]

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming] (BF4, ARMA 3, Warthunder, Wargame) @ 1080p hopefully Ultra

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes] - Free windows 10 upgrade later anyway

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [Yes] (Keyboard, monitor)

5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Yes] (Mouse & pad, wifi card, dvd for installing software)

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Unsure, probably no]

8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer/Visa/Debit]

9. When are you purchasing? [As soon as possible]

Notes:
--Buying a 6 month old 650W SuperNOVA Gold PSU from a friend for €60.
--Might buy a 9 month old R9 290 TRI-X OC from my friend for €240 too. He is willing to let me buy it for €100 and pay back the other €140 later.
(Friend might upgrade his PC for triplemonitor development/gaming instead)

If you could include this in the budget that'd be great.

Posted in your other thread by mistake, check the 700 build get some groundwork for your rig.

Thanks. I used parts from that 700 build and used some other parts (wifi card etc) to make him the build.
Unsure whether he will get the 290 or wait until new AMDs are out (to get a brand new 290 for around €240)

p.s: I am his friend with the 290.
I wrote the forum for him from his point of view
